This home is next to Sams Club and 5-7 minutes to the best beaches and everything Penasco has to offer! Maeva offers 24 hour gated security, 2 pools , jacuzzis , outdoor grills, a basketball court and a soccer field. Each bedroom has a smart flat screen television, this home has a digital fireplace in the living room! The spacious laundry room features a washer , dryer and sink.

I recently stayed at the Maeva residence in Rocky Point, and it was a wonderful experience. The property was well-maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me.
The location was ideal, just 10 to 12 minutes away from all the attractions and amenities. Nestled in a gated community, it offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I actually thought about purchasing. Therefore, I will definitely book another stay when I return to Rocky Point. Highly recommend!

We got up no traffic noise, no dogs barking and cool morning out in the back patio drinking coffee. It was a good size house and i loved the walk in showers the best. I even cooked a few nights just to stay in. Owner (shawn ) would text asking if we needed anything? To let him know, that's was very nice. We will be back again
