You’ll stay in a 3-room vacation home for up to 4 people, approx. 45–50 m², 2 bedrooms with double beds, a sleeping loft accessible via a ladder for children ages 5 and up, living room, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area, shower/toilet, storage room, terrace, and cable TV. Includes a travel crib and high chair.
This well-maintained 2-room vacation home offers approximately 44 m² of living space for up to four people and impresses with its practical layout, cozy furnishings, and largely barrier-free access. Internet access is available during your stay. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Two additional sleeping areas are located on a cozy loft under the gabled roof. This loft is accessible from the hallway via a pull-out ladder and offers a little private space, especially for children aged 5 and up and teenagers. In the living area, you’ll find a comfortable leather seating set with a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, as well as a cozy armchair. A flat-screen TV and a reading lamp provide entertainment and hours of relaxation. For added coziness, fleece blankets are available in the storage room. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering. Amenities include a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. An exhaust hood vented to the outside rounds out the amenities. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a magnifying makeup mirror and a hair dryer. The separate storage room provides plenty of additional storage space. Here you’ll also find cushions for the patio furniture, a patio umbrella, a grill, an ironing board and iron, a clothes rack, as well as a travel crib and a high chair.
