About this house rental
On the road to the corniche, a listed site, the cottage offers a breathtaking view of the river. You like calm, light, nature... Then you will appreciate this unique site!
With its always different colours and rhythm, the estuary borders the garden with trees and flowers. The terrace overlooking the water offers an envelopment of the sweets of the sea. You can read, eat, sunbathe, you can do nothing there too, and let yourself be carried away by the animation on the river. In the garden, the deckchairs bathe us in a natural setting under the majestic floors.
The house is located in an environment combining stone (heritage from our quarries), water (the estuary), and land (between vineyards and marshes). In the center of the UNESCO triangle Blaye, Bordeaux, St Emilion, this offers the advantage of proximity to major sites while residing in a quiet and secluded place. Outdoor swimming pool 10 minutes from the cottage, and aquatic centers less than 25 minutes away.
Ideal starting point to visit the corniche on foot, by bike or by car, but also many hiking trails through vineyards and old buildings.
In the extension of an open terrace, arranged to enjoy the outdoors, the cottage LE BORD DE L'EAU offers large volumes on the first floor and upstairs, very bright, with a permanent view of the flower gardens, and the river. Cozy and friendly, our guests describe it as a haven of peace. The decoration is refined and warm thanks to soft colors, simple furniture, combining all the comfort of pleasant moments.
With pleasure and on request, according to our availability, we can concoct good dishes cooked with local products, advise you of good addresses respectful of an eco-responsible approach, both for visits and to taste our local nuggets.
