The other apartment, located on the mezzanine level, features a lovely sunny balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh North Sea air.
The building’s location is excellent, right on the family-friendly Perlebucht lagoon, which offers numerous recreational activities. Within walking distance, you’ll find various restaurants such as Ralf’s Restaurant and the Deichperle, as well as cozy cafés and bistros that invite you to linger. For your daily needs, a supermarket, a bakery, and a laundromat on Nordseestraße are within easy reach.
The center of Büsum, with its picturesque harbor, is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away, giving you the chance to explore this charming town. A parking space and bike racks are available right in front of the house, and laundry service can be booked as an optional extra.
