About this house rental
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Come relax in the hot tub after a day hiking or come inside and play pool or enjoy family time playing cards or watching a movie.
This house is set away from other houses so there is absolutely no noise, and the star gazing is absolutely beautiful.
Aoudad and Deer sometimes make their way across the property or sometimes you can see them when you are driving in. Bird watching is also a must do!
Booking & House Rules
Check-in: 4:00 PM or later. Checkout: by 10:00 AM.
Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
Maximum 10 guests and four vehicles.
No parties or events; HOA community.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
Up to two pets allowed, $50 per pet per stay (maximum $100).
Use only propane in the outdoor fire pit; indoor fireplace burns wood.
