A single-story, condominium-style property (no stairs), located at the back of another house and completely independent. Thanks to these features, it is a very peaceful place to relax and enjoy all its amenities.
Of particular note is the private garden with a heated, saltwater pool and a barbecue area, surrounded by high walls that provide privacy.
Important: The parking area can accommodate only one vehicle, whether a car or a pickup truck. Large vehicles can be parked here.
The house has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.

If the gardener needs to come during your stay, you will be notified in advance, the day before his visit.
