Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive and full access to all three floors of this detached townhouse. No shared spaces. The main entrance is on the first floor. The apartment has a second entrance on the +1 floor, next to the master bedroom. This may be helpful for handling luggage.

Other Things to Keep in Mind
Vertical Layout: Since the house is a historic townhouse spread over three floors connected by stairs, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or very young children.

Restricted Traffic Zone: The accommodations are located within the Restricted Traffic Zone of the historic center. This ensures a peaceful stay, free from traffic noise.
Guests who wish to do so can obtain a transit-only permit (not a parking permit) for loading and unloading luggage by providing the host with the vehicle type and license plate number as soon as possible.

Air Conditioning: The house is equipped with modern air conditioning and heating systems to ensure the perfect temperature, controlled remotely on all levels year-round, and a VMC system for air purification in the basement.
