Recently renovated village house in Torreilles, fully air-conditioned, for 4 people. Ideal for a couple or a small family who wants the calm of the village and the beach 5 minutes away by car (3.5 km). Two bicycles available: the beach can also be reached in about twenty minutes by bike.
The accommodations are on 3 levels.
First floor: 2-car garage, shower and toilet "back from the beach".
1st floor: large living room-kitchen of 50 m², bright, south/south-east terrace with awning, table and chairs. Ideal for meals and aperitifs.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms with beds 160×200, bathroom, separate toilet. New bedding.
Wifi, washing machine, dryer, equipped kitchen. Shops and restaurants in the village within walking distance. Self-check-in (key box).
