Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the ideal spot to relax and unwind while enjoying all that Lafayette and the surrounding area has to offer.
Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a fireplace, perfect for those chilly Colorado nights. Unwind with your favorite shows on two flat-screen TVs, or step outside to your private patio for some fresh air and a little peace and quiet. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
When you’re ready to explore, enjoy convenient garage parking and access to the community pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a warm day. The condo is also ideally located next to local parks and tennis courts, so you’ll have plenty of outdoor activities just steps away.

The Space:
The home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The primary bedroom is an ensuite which contains a king bed. The second bedrooms contains a queen bed. There is a private outdoor patio.
There are two TV's in the unit, a 65" in the living room and a 43" in the bedroom, both are smart TV's.
The condo comes fully equipped with a sitting desk, a monitor, keyboard and mouse are included free of charge. The unit has high speed WI-FI that can be hardwired in if needed.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the supplies you will need, whether you are an avid chef or a late night snacker.
We provide a starter pack of coffee, tea and sugars as well as cleaning supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
Washer and Dryer in Unit.
Garage parking for one and additional storage in garage as well.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with parks, running trails, pool, and more just outside of your doorstep. Additionally it is a very short drive to both downtown Lafayette and downtown Louisville. This is right down the street from Intermountain Health, Good Samaritan Medical Center, and Childrens Hospital.
Getting Around:
This home is easy to get around. The bus system is robust and Ubers/Lyfts are plentiful. There is a bus stop two blocks away from the apartment that will take you downtown. If you have any specific questions about getting around Lafayette or surrounding areas, do not hesitate to reach out.
