About this apartment rental
Welcome to your vacation: The Westerbrandung vacation rental in Wittdün on Amrum, newly renovated in 2026, offers you a comfortable temporary home spanning 55 square meters for a relaxing getaway by the sea. This one-level, two-room accommodations are ideally suited to the needs of couples or solo travelers and also warmly welcomes families with children. Thanks to its prime location, a car isn’t necessary here—the fine sandy beach is just 50 meters away, while the sea and restaurants are only 150 meters away. For your daily errands, you’ll find supermarkets, other shopping options, and a bank just about 200 meters away. The apartment features a well-thought-out floor plan. A cozy living room with laminate flooring and an inviting sofa area offers the ideal retreat for relaxing evenings in front of the TV. The separate, enclosed kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, so you can easily prepare your own meals. The adjacent dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals. The bedroom, also featuring easy-to-maintain laminate flooring, ensures a restful night’s sleep. For your convenience, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and a sink. Bed linens and bath towels are provided upon request. A special highlight is the covered balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze regardless of the weather. The amenities include free Wi-Fi, a desk for your paperwork, and a 35- to 44-inch TV. We’ve also thought of practical details such as an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine and dryer for shared use. A free private parking space is available right at the property for your vehicle. We place great importance on privacy, which is why all windows are fitted with privacy screens. You may also bring one pet with you on vacation (maximum of one pet) upon prior arrangement. Contactless check-in and check-out also ensure a flexible and relaxed arrival. The area around Wittdün offers a wide range of recreational activities, ranging from long walks on the beach, bike tours, and water sports such as windsurfing or sailing to cultural experiences, museums, and soothing spa treatments at the Amrum Spa. Whether you want to stay active with yoga, Pilates, or fitness, or are looking for peace and quiet while birdwatching—the Westerbrandung is the ideal starting point for your dream vacation on Amrum.
