BEACH ACCESS:

Private stairs provide direct access to the beach on Lake Michigan. Those with mobility issues may drive down to the Glenn Shores neighborhood beach access point as an alternative to using the stairs; it's a 0.4 mile walk to the neighborhood beach access (7-minute walk) from the front door to the sand. There is a parking lot at this access point and a paved path with a decline to the sand.



LOCATION:

The Beach House is tucked into a peaceful, wooded setting along the Lake Michigan shoreline, ideally located between South Haven and Saugatuck. Downtown South Haven and Saugatuck are each less than 15 minutes away, giving guests access to two of Southwest Michigan’s favorite lakeshore towns. Spend the day on the beach, explore local shops and restaurants, visit the harbors and waterfront attractions, or simply stay home and enjoy the beautiful Lake Michigan views and sunsets together.



PETS:

Dogs are allowed on this particular stretch of beach and at our property for a fee.



Guest Access:

You and your guests have private access to the entire home, its outdoor spaces, and amenities, including the decks, hot tub, firepit, and Lake Michigan beach access. Stairs from the property lead directly down the bluff to the beach.



The Neighborhood:

The Beach House sits in the quiet Glenn Shores lakefront community, just north of South Haven in Casco Township. The neighborhood has a peaceful, wooded, residential feel, with homes tucked among mature trees along the Lake Michigan shoreline. The property itself sits on a bluff overlooking the lake and has direct beach access, while the Glenn Shores Association also provides a private community beach area.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the broader area. Downtown South Haven and Saugatuck are each a short drive away with tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, and attractions.



Other Things to Note:

The Beach House is a truly special Lake Michigan retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home, outdoor spaces, beach access, and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect.



We strictly do not allow smoking, events, or parties.



There is an external camera located at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home.
