About this house rental
Welcome to our private vacation rental in a quiet location in Neulengbach. The house is rented exclusively for your private use and offers plenty of space to relax—both inside and outside. The property covers 400 m² and is entirely at our guests’ disposal.
Thanks to its many windows, the house is bright, welcoming, and filled with natural light. The private garden invites you to linger, unwind, or enjoy cozy moments outdoors. From June through October, various fruits ripen, which our guests are, of course, welcome to snack on. For added convenience, a washing machine, dryer, outdoor grill, and dishwasher are available.
For culinary enjoyment, we offer beverages and pizzas for purchase right on-site. A pizza oven is also available—so you can enjoy a freshly baked, hot pizza in just a few minutes. A high-quality coffee maker ensures the best coffee experience at any time.
Firewood for the wood-burning stove is provided upon arrival, and more is available behind the house.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Thanks to fast internet speeds, working and streaming are no problem.
Walking paths and hiking trails into the Vienna Woods start right from the house—you can reach the forest in just a few minutes. The train station is within walking distance, but train traffic isn’t audible, so the peaceful atmosphere is preserved.
The garden is fully fenced, making the property especially family-friendly. Children can play safely outdoors and are easy to supervise from the house. The surrounding area is also quiet and ideal for a relaxing stay with the whole family. The Neulengbach outdoor pool is perfect for swimming all summer long.
For day trips to Vienna, the train service runs every half hour. Another good option for getting to Vienna is to drive to the Park and Ride in Hütteldorf and take the direct connection on the U4 to Schönbrunn Palace, Schönbrunn Zoo, and the Schönbrunn Palm House. Other attractions are easily accessible by subway, such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Haus des Meeres, the Technical Museum, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, and the Natural History Museum, among many others.
