Welcome to our charming house in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
Enjoy a quiet stay in this authentic stone house, with private swimming pool and dominant views of the castle of Beynac and Cazenac and the Dordogne valley.
This 85 m2 house is an authentic Périgord house of the eighteenth century, where the character of the old blends with the comfort of a warm interior (thick stone walls, exposed wooden beams, traditional furniture).
The house can accommodate 5 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.
It is located in a quiet hamlet, conducive to tranquility.
From the house, you are ideally located to discover the treasures of the Périgord Noir: Beynac-et-Cazenac, Castelnaud, La Roque Gageac, La bastide de Domme, Sarlat ...

It opens onto a pleasant dining room, where you will find a convivial table near a traditional fireplace. An old stone sink, perfectly integrated into the walls, recalls the traditional character of the house.
The kitchen with its rustic and authentic charm is located in the extension of the dining room and forms with the latter, a comfortable and very bright whole.
From the dining room, six steps lead to the living room, installed slightly higher.
This warm space has direct access to the terrace, a real extension of the house.
The terrace offers a superb unobstructed view of the Dordogne valley, as well as the Beynac castle.
The bedrooms are located upstairs and are accessible via a spiral staircase. The attic spaces, with their exposed beams and traditional architecture, offer all the charm of old Périgord houses and create a particularly warm and intimate atmosphere.
From the living room, 6 steps down provide access to the space with bathrooms (one with bath, the other with shower and toilet) and separate toilet. This configuration on several levels, with the low beams at the level of the bathrooms, fully contributes to the atypical and authentic character of the house.
The swimming pool is a Roman-style swimming pool, surrounded by a low stone wall. It is located near a shaded dining area, perfectly landscaped under a vine trellis. The traditional stone barbecue invites you to share pleasant moments outside.
