About this villa rental
Perched high on Queenstown Hill, this brand-new home looks out across Lake Whakatipu, Frankton Marina and the Remarkable Mountains. This is a home built around the view. Floor-to-ceiling glass in the open-plan living area frames the lake, marina and mountains, while the space opens onto a large covered deck with outdoor dining and a BBQ, the spot you’ll likely gravitate to in the evenings, whether it’s a summer sunset or an après-ski drink with the mountains still catching the last light.
Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with generous bench space and a breakfast bar, flowing into a relaxed lounge. Warm timber floors, a wood-burning fire, heat pumps in every bedroom and the living area, and large windows keep the home comfortable year-round, bright and airy in summer, warm and cosy in winter. A full laundry with washing machine and dryer also makes longer stays easy to manage.
The perfect holiday spot for a group of 6 adults, families or two families travelling together, Snowy Place offers four bedrooms, including a dedicated bunkroom with four king single beds. The main bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to six adults, while the bunkroom is a fun and practical space for up to four children.
Snowy Place sits in the quiet new Remarkables View subdivision on Queenstown Hill, elevated above the lake on a no-exit street. Its central location puts you roughly halfway between Queenstown town centre and Frankton’s shops and airport.
