First floor: Living room with a cozy sofa area, fireplace (firewood included), and dining area; TV/satellite, radio/CD, DVD player with a small selection of DVDs, board games, and children’s games; fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop), dishwasher, and various appliances; bathroom with shower/toilet; washing machine available free of charge
Top floor: 1st bedroom (open-concept room) with a double bed (single mattresses / 2x – 90×200) and a balcony with a side view of the Bodden; 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds; terrace with patio furniture; barbecue facilities available

The semi-detached house is heated by underfloor heating; a wood-burning stove (wood included) on the first floor also ensures cozy game nights. A washing machine is available free of charge in the bathroom, as well as internet/Wi-Fi. At the rear of the house, the covered patio with a ping-pong table invites you to have fun and play; garden furniture (stored under the patio) is also available for relaxing on the lawn. There is also a private parking space on the property. The nearest large supermarket is in Altenkirchen, about 2 km away. Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, as is the harbor—about 300 m away—which offers boat trips to Hiddensee Island and the Störtebeker Festival; there is also a sailing school in town. The excellent cycling and hiking opportunities—which you can explore using the two bicycles (included, though we assume no liability for their use)—offer beautiful glimpses of nature.
