Upper floor: 1st bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90 x 200) and a large closet, TV (flat-screen), 2nd bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a wardrobe, 3rd bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and 1 children’s bed (70 x 140), wardrobe, spacious modern bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub/toilet, makeup mirror, and hair dryer

“Villa Anja” is a modern vacation home with a lot of approximately 878 square meters. The lovingly furnished vacation home is fully fenced and offers all the comforts you could wish for a relaxing vacation. Free internet (Wi-Fi) is available. “Villa Anja” is a smoke-free home. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Insect screens are installed on the first floor and upper floor. All windows have exterior blinds. A high chair (without a safety rail for children who can sit up on their own) and a travel crib are available. Covered bicycle storage is available at the house (carport), and 2 parking spaces are located directly on the property. About 2 km away in Altenkirchen, you’ll find a Netto supermarket, the “Stolz” department store, an Edeka supermarket, and a beverage store. Restaurants and bike rentals are nearby. Breeger Harbor, located about 500 m away, offers boat excursions to Hiddensee Island, Bodden cruises, crane-watching tours, and trips to the Störtebeker Festival. Excellent cycling and hiking opportunities round out the offerings. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies!
