At Villa Emeraude, every moment becomes an unforgettable experience – admiring the sea horizon, cooking with a sea view, enjoying dinner by the beach in the golden evening light, or falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves.

The Emerald Coast - named after the unique color of its sea - offers an ever-changing landscape throughout the seasons (see photos of the views from the Villa).

Interior spaces:
With its 115 m² spread over three levels, Villa Emeraude accommodates 1 to 7 guests and offers every amenity needed for a delightful seaside stay.
Layout:
• 2nd floor: fully equipped open kitchen with bar counter and sea view, opening onto a bright, spacious living area with large bay windows
• 1st floor: one double bedroom with sea view (bed size 160x200cm), one twin bedroom with sea view (bed sizes: 90x190cm) and a desk + one office chair, a bathroom with bathtub, and separate WC.
• Ground floor (Beach level): one bedroom with sea view with two single beds (90x190cm) and one trundle bed (80x190cm) and a desk, bathroom with shower and WC, laundry room with washer and dryer,
• The décor is minimalist and peaceful.
Outdoor spaces:
Villa Emeraude is a private villa, part of a set of 3 architect-designed villas (the central house in the photo).
It is the only one of the three villas to feature a kitchen with sea view and panoramic ocean views from all bedrooms.
Guests also enjoy access to beautiful shared areas, common to the 3 Architect Villas:
• Panoramic terrace (130 m²) with an outdoor lounge and two large sea-view bay windows, one featuring a glass canopy
• Enclosed, flowered sloping garden.
• Private parking space in the shared garage (garage height : 2 meters). You can also park on the concrete seawall just in front of the Villa.
