Exclusive Living at the Historic Espasingen Castle
At the historic Espasingen Castle, the unique atmosphere of a historic estate blends with modern living comfort and high-quality amenities. The complex, which will be extensively renovated and redeveloped in the spring of 2026, was formerly used as a brewery, among other things, and today offers an extraordinary setting for a stylish stay on the western shore of Lake Constance.
The approximately 70 m² vacation apartment is located on the first floor and has been completely redesigned. It accommodates up to four people and combines spacious rooms, high-quality materials, and tasteful furnishings to create an elegant temporary home.
The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. High-quality flooring, large windows, and warm, natural tones create a bright and cozy atmosphere. The comfortable sofa invites you to relax and can be converted into two additional sleeping spots if needed.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously integrated into the living area. In addition to a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and other coffee and tea-making options are available. The adjacent dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality 160-cm-wide box-spring bed and offers a quiet retreat. In the modern bathroom, a spacious, walk-in shower ensures contemporary comfort.
Bed linens and towels are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. A basic set of kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies is also available. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board round out the amenities.
Free Wi-Fi and a TV provide modern entertainment. Contactless check-in and check-out allow for flexible and hassle-free arrival and departure. A high chair is available for families upon request. Pets are also welcome by prior arrangement.
A free private parking space right next to the castle is, of course, included with the accommodation.
