The tastefully decorated “Glückliche Aussicht” vacation home is situated in a stunning location on the outer Flensburg Fjord with views of the ocean. Perfect for family vacations or getaways with a small group: Our house accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. The 127-square-meter house was completed in 2023, has been lovingly furnished, and features high-end amenities.

Privacy is guaranteed here. The house consists of a single living unit, making its design a unique feature in the area. The garden is surrounded by privacy fences, and you have your own access to the roof. So even on the rooftop terrace, there are no adjacent neighbors peering over your breakfast plate.

Spread across two levels are a large bedroom with a 1.80-meter-wide double bed and another bedroom with a 1.40-meter-wide double bed and a loft bed with two single beds, an open, bright kitchen-dining area, a spacious living room, a shower room, a sauna, and a washing machine with a drying rack. High-quality ventilation systems on both the first floor and the basement ensure a comfortable living environment.

The newly landscaped garden features a sun terrace that is completely sheltered from the wind and furnished with garden furniture. In front of the house is a spacious, lockable garden shed with storage space for bicycles. The house features a large rooftop terrace with a gas grill and an unobstructed view across the Flensburg Fjord all the way to Denmark. The house has two parking spaces, one directly on the property and a second parking space on the opposite side.

A natural beach is just a few steps away, and the resort beach in Holnis is also within easy reach by bike. There are plenty of activities here for water sports enthusiasts and horseback riding lovers. A modern golf course and the adjacent nature reserve are within walking distance. Various restaurants and shopping options in Glücksburg and the surrounding area are accessible by bike. Thus, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation in an oasis of well-being near the Baltic Sea.

In the large public parking lot diagonally across from the house, there are two charging stations for electric cars. There are two charging ports, each with 22 kW.
