The cozy, renovated 2-room apartment MONT GELE, 2nd floor, approx. 38 m²: Hallway with coat closet. Living/sleeping area with sofa (sleeps 2), table, 2 armchairs, dining area, and access to the balcony. Open kitchen with 4 ceramic burners, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, fondue set, and raclette set. Twin bedroom with access to a covered balcony offering a partial mountain view. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.
The two Pracondu residences are ideally located in Nendaz, right next to the gondola and the Tracouet slope (each only about 60 m away), and it’s possible to ski down from the slope right to the building. The center of Nendaz, with all necessary shops, pubs, and restaurants, is just 200 m away. Free parking is available at the residence. Shared sauna (for a fee and according to the occupancy schedule). The building features a front desk, an elevator, and a ski storage room with a lockable locker for each apartment.
The CLAMBIN apartment was renovated in 2020 and redesigned with new color accents; it is well-appointed, bright, and comfortably furnished. Practical amenities include cable TV, Wi-Fi (free), a covered balcony with furniture, and a partial mountain view.
The apartment has underfloor heating. SMOKING is not permitted.
The 4 Vallées in winter: The vast 4 Vallées ski area stretches from the world-famous Verbier ski resort in the west all the way to Les Collons in the east. Its size and diversity—with over 100 lifts and more than 400 km of slopes—make it a true paradise for every skier. The ski area is accessible up to an altitude of 3,328 m and offers slopes of varying difficulty levels to suit all skiers: from wide “highway runs” to extremely steep mogul runs (including those at Mont-Fort). The area is also very well-known and popular for its many deep-snow slopes and backcountry trails, though these are reserved for the “hardcore” enthusiasts. The entire ski area now has excellent artificial snow coverage, which generally ensures access to the various valleys even during winters with less snow.
The 4 Vallées in summer: the area has now also become a true “hotspot” for active visitors during the summer. In addition to designated mountain bike trails, it has also become a gathering spot for the paragliding community.
The charming resort town of Nendaz, at an elevation of just under 1,400 m, offers an attractive and extensive range of sports, leisure, and entertainment activities in both winter and summer:
In winter, highlights include its strategically convenient location in the heart of the ski area (the ski areas of Les Collons and Verbier are both quickly accessible from here), 11 km of cross-country trails, downhill and cross-country ski schools, a ski kindergarten, an artificial ice rink, a fitness center featuring squash and a sauna, among other amenities. Many winter hiking and snowshoe trails. For après-ski enthusiasts, there are plenty of mountain huts, bars, cafés, dance clubs, and restaurants. Indoor swimming pool in Sion (17 km).
In summer, it’s very popular thanks to its sunny location. A heated outdoor pool (open mid-June through late August), nearly 300 km of marked hiking trails, marked mountain bike routes (bike rentals available), outdoor tennis courts, and paragliding. In Sion, just under 20 km away, there is a large 18-hole golf course. The vast Lake Geneva, with its numerous water sports, amusement parks, and the world-famous Montreux Festival venue, is 70 km away; the well-known Grande-Dixence Reservoir is a good 30 km away.
