Traditional stone house with PETANQUE COURT, it is located 10 minutes from Lake Guerledan with an area of 304 hectares, in a natural setting conducive to leisure and related activities (hiking, cycling, yoga, forest therapy, swimming, sailing, canoeing, paddle ...), without forgetting the discovery of the very rich Breton heritage which will be easily accessible from your place of residence due to its very central location and a road network make the rest of the French territory pale in comparison.
We are lovers of decoration and stone, we have taken the greatest care in the choice of materials and layout.
Outside, a superb terrace with garden furniture, outdoor dining table and barbecue.
You will have access to the large garden of more than 3000 m² (to be shared with the second cottage).
On the inside side, a living room, a perfectly fitted kitchen and a dining area.
