Located on the Corniche, facing the Mediterranean, Le Nautilus is a singular villa of 140 m², designed as a real stopover between the sea, travel and the sweetness of life in Sète.
A few steps from coves, restaurants, shops and close to the city center, the house benefits from an ideal location to enjoy Sète on foot.
With its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, private heated swimming pool, enclosed garden and sea view, Le Nautilus comfortably welcomes stays with family or friends.
The world of the boat is subtly found in the decoration: rudders, portholes, nautical elements and marine touches naturally extend the atmosphere of the Mediterranean.
Here, the real luxury is above all the sea view, the space and the freedom to enjoy the place at your own pace. The garden lives with the seasons, the sand can sometimes invite itself onto the terrace, and the atmosphere remains deliberately simple, warm and authentic. If you like houses that have a soul rather than overly fixed decorations, you should feel particularly good there.
Inside, you can enjoy a large living room of about 45 m², with a living room opening onto a south-facing terrace, large format television and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is practical, fully equipped and suitable for meals with family or friends.
The villa also has a master suite with dressing room and shower room, as well as several comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. A separate toilet completes the set.
Outside, a large terrace allows you to fully enjoy sunny days and evenings facing the sea. The enclosed and wooded garden of approximately 400 m² hosts a 6 x 5 m swimming pool, equipped with a submerged beach and equipped with an alarm in accordance with safety standards.
The swimming pool is heated and accessible from May 1st to October 1st, to fully enjoy swimming throughout the summer.
