PATINA is a spacious, fully furnished 3-bedroom home in La Cala de Mijas, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay on the Costa del Sol. Guests have access to the entire house, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. You’ll have exclusive use of all three bedrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and private parking. The space is entirely yours. Easy self-check-in is provided for your convenience and flexibility.

We are available to assist you throughout your stay with any questions, recommendations, or support you may need. We respond as quickly as possible during daytime hours and always aim to resolve any issues efficiently. Maximum Occupancy: No more than 6 guests are allowed in the rental at any time. Only registered guests are permitted. Unregistered guests may result in cancellation of the reservation.

No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rental. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets.

• In the event of lost keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged
to cover the cost of replacement

• Any damaged or permanently stained item
will be charged 25€ per unit to cover replacement

• To ensure a sustainable and efficient turnover, we kindly request that guests use only the beds corresponding to the number of guests booked. If all beds are used unnecessarily, a supplementary linen and cleaning fee of 25€ per bed will be charged.
