PANTI GUESTHOUSE is a brand-new, quiet studio apartment, recently renovated in a modern style and equipped with every comfort.
The studio apartment is located in the quiet and elegant Monteverde Vecchio neighborhood, surrounded by greenery and just a stone’s throw from the Gianicolo and the picturesque, historic Trastevere district. The city’s historic center is easily accessible in just a few minutes by tram or bus. There are plenty of free on-street parking spots available.
The space
PANTI GUESTHOUSE features a double bed equipped with high and low pillows for each guest and a mattress with a built-in topper.
The very bright living room is equipped with every comfort, including a double sofa bed, a Smart TV with access to all streaming platforms, and a very comfortable round table with four chairs.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and washing machine.
The private bathroom has a spacious shower and is stocked with a hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
Guest Access
The house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, while the well-maintained and peaceful outdoor area is shared exclusively with the other guesthouse we manage (Filo Guesthouse).
