As the name suggests (Veda = wisdom), it combines a stylish ambiance with an atmosphere that brings you clarity and deep relaxation. Quietly located just a short walk from the center, this accommodation offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The fine-sand main beach and swimming beach are also just a short walk away—ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and strolling along the Baltic Sea!

The vacation rental is suitable for a vacation with up to three people and features a total of two rooms, including a living room with a dining area and a separate bedroom. Charming accessories and maritime island paintings create a lovely Baltic Sea atmosphere for your vacation by the sea.

In the bright living room, the sofa area and dining area blend harmoniously together. Here, after a day at the beach or a bike ride, you can spend cozy hours on the comfortable sofa, watching TV, reading, or playing board games. The separate kitchenette is practically equipped for self-catering—including a 2-burner ceramic stove, microwave, and refrigerator. In the living room, the dining table, bathed in beautiful natural light, invites you to enjoy a shared vacation breakfast or dinner.

The separate bedroom with a double bed (190 x 200 cm) offers both comfort and privacy for a stay with three people. The closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe and travel essentials. The comfortable couch in the living room (80 x 185 cm) is suitable for a third person and also guarantees a restful night’s sleep.

The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower provides a soothing place to relax. It is also equipped with a sink, an illuminated mirror, and a toilet. A hair dryer is provided as part of the standard amenities, helping to lighten your luggage.

Enjoy the crisp Baltic Sea air in our small shared garden, complete with patio furniture and a parasol. Reading a good book here, sitting together, or simply daydreaming a little is pure relaxation.

A free private parking space, as well as a spot for bicycles and a handcart for your beach trip, round out the amenities.

A Baltic Sea vacation in an idyllic setting!

Our “Haus Dorfstraße 26” is located in the more traditional and pleasantly quiet neighborhood of Alt-Baabe, not far from the picturesque Baabe Bollwerk and Lake Sellin. Here you can enjoy a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle while still being just a short walk from the town center and the harbor.

The lively Strandstraße—the heart of the Baltic Sea resort—is only about 500 meters away and can be easily reached in just a few minutes on foot. The tree-lined promenade takes you past cozy restaurants, cafés, bakeries, small boutiques, and the visitor center, which houses the spa administration. The event center in the spa park is also just about 800 meters away. The Bollwerk Baabe (harbor) is about a 15-minute walk away. Here, you can leisurely watch small excursion boats and the historic rowing ferry, enjoy fresh fish by the water, or set out on Bodden tours and hikes to Moritzdorf.

A short walk (about 30 minutes on foot) takes you along Strandstraße directly to Baabe’s fine-sand main beach. It offers excellent swimming and sunbathing, DLRG water rescue in the summer, beach chair rentals, dining options, and barrier-free beach access via wooden walkways.
