As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by a large storage closet and a beautiful hallway leading to a spacious, light-filled living area. The fully open-concept living area consists of a large living room, a cozy dining room, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The entire space opens onto a superb covered wooden deck, ideal for summer meals or pre-dinner drinks out of the sun.

The sleeping areas are all on one level:
• Bedroom 1: a bedroom designed for children, with three single beds (90 cm), plenty of toys, and board games.
• Bedroom 2: double bed (160 cm), cozy atmosphere, closet
• Bedroom 3: double bed (160 cm), closet, chair, and coat rack.
• Bedroom 4 (master suite): double bed (160 cm), large walk-in closet, private bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and a relaxation area facing a large window with a view of the dune.

Two bathrooms are available:
• A first bathroom with a large walk-in shower accessible for people with disabilities and a double sink.
• A private bathroom in the master suite.

The main restroom is wheelchair-accessible and located in a spacious area on the first floor.

A bright hallway leads to the bedrooms and features a small open area with a foosball table: perfect for keeping both kids and adults entertained!
