This very cozy, charming, and quietly located vacation home above the Grömitz marina, just a few minutes’ walk from
the beach and town center, is waiting for you.
This high-quality semi-detached home is modern and stylishly furnished to accommodate up to 6 people.
A spacious, barrier-free living area with a wood-burning stove, a covered 30-square-meter terrace with sunshades, and the lovingly landscaped garden—complete with a beach chair—invite you to relax and unwind.
An electric grill is also available.
The vacation home features a cozy three-seater sofa, a recliner, a dining table for 6 people,
a large flat-screen TV and stereo system, as well as a fully equipped built-in kitchen integrated into the living area, including all appliances and a separate 30-liter freezer compartment.
The house also has three bathrooms, two of which are on the first floor, each with a step-free shower and a large towel warmer. Of course, there is also a clothes rack for the patio.
The ground-floor bedroom has its own access to the patio via a sliding door and to the en suite bathroom. In addition to comfortable floor heating, this bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible shower. The bedroom is particularly well-suited for older adults due to its proximity to the toilet, shower, and sink, and also features a flat-screen TV with a DVD player.
The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of them is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV; the other has two single beds that can also be pushed together.
All bedrooms offer ample closet space and blackout windows equipped with insect screens.
A lockable bicycle storage room and a parking space are available right next to the house.
