A bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, dining area, and sofa ensure a relaxing vacation. If needed, an extra bed, a travel crib, and additional sleeping space on the sofa are available. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area is perfect for enjoying breakfast together and preparing your own meals. The modern bathroom features a bathtub, shower, washing machine, and hair dryer. Bed linens and towels are provided. Bright, spacious rooms and a cozy seating area in the entryway create a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere.
On-site costs: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week before arrival via bank transfer.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request for a fee of 30 €. Pets are allowed for a fee of 15 € per pet per night. Please contact us before arrival if you are traveling with a pet.The tourism tax of 2€ per person/night will be charged in addition upon arrival.
