Beautiful bright house of character (170m²) with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first floor has a large living room, dining room of 40m2, opening onto a terrace and the fully enclosed garden to the south, a kitchen, a breakfast area opening onto a terrace to the south, a TV-games room with table football.
Upstairs, a bedroom with shower room and toilet, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.

The accommodation
