About this apartment rental
The ground-floor vacation rental (65 square meters) features a kitchen-living room with a corner bench, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a bread slicer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The living room, which opens onto the kitchen, is furnished with a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.20 x 1.90 m), a dresser, and a TV. The adjacent bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, sink, toilet, and plenty of storage space. Seating areas in front of the apartment and a shaded, covered patio located right at the edge of the forest await you. Wi-Fi is available. Towels (twice a week), bed linens, and final cleaning are included in our service. We warmly welcome you to our vacation rental for 2–4 people, located in the heart of the Frankenhöhe Nature Park. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and is situated right on the edge of the forest. Ansbach, with its beautiful Hofgarten and castle, is about 15 km away; the historic town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber is just 30 km away; and Bad Windsheim, with its famous thermal baths, park, and open-air museum, is 24 km away. Cafés and shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll. Nothing stands in the way of a day of wellness, shopping, and sightseeing. The Nuremberg Trade Fair is about 65 km away. Rosenbach is located along the Ansbach–Würzburg rail line and near various well-known bike paths, such as the Karpfenradweg or the Frankenhöhe–Altmühl loop, among others. The nearest train stations are in Oberdachstetten (7 km) or Ansbach. Visit www.vgn.de for detailed travel information. In Flachslanden (2 km), there is a bakery and an Edeka supermarket with a butcher’s counter and a bakery section. Inns and restaurants in the immediate vicinity are easily accessible. The deposit is 20% of the nightly rate. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. One pet is allowed for a fee of 5.00 EUR per pet per night.
