Located overlooking the charming village of La Roche-sur-le-Buis, this large Provençal house of 117m2 offers you an exceptional setting with a magnificent view, typical of the Baronnies. Completely renovated while keeping its authenticity and charm, it is spread over several levels and can accommodate up to 9 people in a warm and friendly setting.

The house has three levels. The first floor, which is not habitable, houses cellars and a garage. The two upper floors can operate completely independently of each other and each offer their own living space.

The first floor includes:
- 3 bedrooms: the yellow room which has a double bed, a wardrobe and a great view, the beige room, spacious with a single bed and which is separated from the living room by a curtain, and finally the blue room equipped with a single bed that folds out into a double bed.
- 2 bathrooms complete this space: the first equipped with a bidet and a large shower with a separate toilet, the second with a toilet and a large bathtub.
- A very warm living room that has a beautiful functional fireplace near the sofa and armchairs. A harmonium is also available for the more musicians.
- A very spacious kitchen open to the dining room and which has a central island that serves as a bar. It is perfectly equipped: fridge with conservatory compartment, dishwasher, large oven, induction hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, bread machine as well as coffee and tea maker. There is a large amount of cutlery and utensils and also glasses of champagne.

The second floor is accessible from the first floor by a staircase or from an independent door that opens onto the garden. It offers 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a second living room equipped with a kitchenette and a bar.
The first bedroom has two single beds and an alcove with a small extra mattress. The second has a double bed and is separated from the living room by a curtain.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, a dishwasher and an induction hob.

Outside, directly connected to the large dining room, is a paved terrace open to the garden. This one, with a surface area of 15 m2, is perfectly equipped for relaxing in the sun and having lunch in all seasons with its garden furniture and large round table. As for the garden that surrounds the house on half a hectare, it is typical of the region with its Mediterranean vegetation and its tiered "terraced" configuration.
In the very centre of the house is a loggia. Although sheltered by the roof of the house, it is located outside. It is equipped so that you can rest, have an aperitif or breakfast while enjoying the famous view.

On the nature side, you are hard at work to set off on the hiking trails of the Menon valley and the mountains. (GR de pays, GR 9...)
For shopping and outings, Buis-les-Baronnies is a 10-minute drive away. You will find everything you need: markets, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and cafes, but also a swimming pool, a cinema, a via ferrata, shops and a health centre.
