 Please note that the property pool will be closed starting September 14, 2026, for approximately 4–5 weeks due to scheduled maintenance. The pool will not be available during this period. Please consider this before booking your stay.

Guest Access:

- Complete and confirm your check-in form before arrival.

- Provide the full name of every guest on the reservation and a valid ID for each guest age 18 or older.

- The primary guest must complete the building’s required house rules verification form before arrival.

- The primary guest must be present and check in at the building’s front desk.

- All guests must be listed on the reservation and confirmed by our team. Unlisted or unconfirmed guests will not be permitted to access or stay at the property.

- Once all requirements are completed and confirmed, you will receive a door key for your unit and a fob for access to the elevators and amenities.

- Check-in is guaranteed at 4:00 p.m., provided all required verification steps are complete.

- Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. Please return your fob and door key to the front desk when checking out.

- Lost keys may incur a $500 charge. Lost fobs may incur a $100 charge per fob.



- Violations of these requirements may result in removal from the property and/or additional fees.



The Neighborhood:

You're right on the coast in Pompano Beach, with the sand and the Atlantic just steps from the door — ideal for swimming, sunbathing, long shoreline walks and easy beach days. The area has a relaxed, family-friendly beach-town feel, with casual seafood spots and cafes nearby. Pompano Beach Pier is a local favorite for fishing, waterfront dining and sunset strolls, and the redeveloped oceanfront district around it is easy to reach. When you want more, the dining, shopping and nightlife of Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Boulevard sit a short drive south along the coast, and the nearby Intracoastal waterways are ideal for boating and fishing charters.



Getting Around:

This is a walkable beachfront location — the sand and nearby dining are an easy stroll away. A car is useful for exploring the wider area and reaching Fort Lauderdale and points along the coast; garage parking and an EV charger are available on site. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is the closest major airport, with Palm Beach International also within a reasonable drive.

This property is a quiet, private residential community, not a hotel. Please read and understand all house and building rules before booking. Policies are strictly enforced.



CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

Check-in: 4 p.m. | Checkout: 11 a.m.

The main guest must sign a rental agreement and check-in form. Before check-in, all guests must complete a check-in form, have their ID verified and sign required building verification documents and house and building rules acknowledgments.



OCCUPANCY & GUESTS

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests per unit. This strict limit must not be exceeded. Only guests confirmed by our team are permitted on the property. You are responsible for everyone in your party.



NOISE

Quiet hours: 9 p.m.–10 a.m. No music on balconies, terraces or patios at any time. Keep noise reasonable at all hours. Shouting, loud singing and conversations must not be audible from neighboring residences. Respectful conduct and appropriate language are required.



ATTIRE

Tops, bottoms and footwear are required in indoor common areas. Cover swimwear in the lobby, hallways, elevators and Owners’ Lounge. No wet swimwear or bare feet indoors. Athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes are required in the fitness center.



POOL & COMMON AREAS

Pool and deck hours: sunrise to sunset. No glass, smoking, vaping, rough play or disruptive music in these areas. Keep shared spaces clean, quiet and unobstructed. Do not move or remove furniture in common areas or public spaces, or damage or misuse property.



CLEANUP

Remove towels, trash, food, drinks and belongings when leaving. Do not leave wet towels on loungers. Clean spills immediately; report damage or unsafe conditions to staff.



By booking, you confirm you have read, understand and agree to all house and building rules, occupancy limits and required rental, check-in and verification procedures. Violations may result in removal from the property and/or additional fees.
