Villa "Sunny Corner" is a beautiful, traditional coastal villa from days gone by, but it has been renovated and fully modernized. This detached villa offers plenty of space and comfort for a stay on the Belgian coast and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms and is spread over several levels. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious entryway with a separate restroom, the staircase leading to the upper floor, and access to the basement. There is both a direct entrance to the living room and a separate entrance to the kitchen.

The living room is cozy and features a comfortable sitting area with a digital TV, a portable fireplace on a stand, and an attractive bookcase. The separate dining area features a spacious dining table that seats up to 6 people, ideal for enjoying meals together.

The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and high-quality materials. Amenities include a coffee maker, Senseo, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine. A clothes dryer and the necessary kitchen utensils are also provided. Kitchen linens are also provided during your stay.

The kitchen opens onto a sun-facing, compact, and sheltered terrace, equipped with a private partition/windscreen. Surrounding the house is a cozy garden, half of which is enclosed. Outdoor furniture and a sun terrace are provided, so you can relax comfortably outdoors as well.

The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. At the start of your stay, the beds will be made, and bed linens are included. The first bedroom has a double bed. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, which can be moved apart if desired. This makes the sleeping arrangement flexible and suitable for families, friends, or other travel groups.

The villa has exactly one bathroom, equipped with a sink, shower, and bathtub. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the upper floor, and there is also a separate toilet on the first floor. Bath linens are provided during the rental for up to 6 people.

The basement is accessible through the garage door at street level and offers practical space for storing bicycles or other items. A private parking space is available in front of the house. Free street parking is also available.

For added comfort, Sunny Corner features free Wi-Fi, heating, soundproofed rooms, ironing facilities, an iron, a drying rack, a clothes rack, and a private entrance. The property is completely smoke-free. Areas include a smoke detector, fire extinguishers, and key access.

The villa is located in Sint-Idesbald, a pleasant coastal setting that’s perfect for a seaside getaway. From here, you can enjoy the beach and the coast, as well as various recreational activities. Nearby attractions include a water park and a golf course, both within 3 km. Additional fees may apply for the water park and the golf course.

The beach chairs provided are an added bonus for a day at the beach. In addition, the villa is equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities.
