Just 4 km from the town center, near the famous Olympic Ski Jump, you can walk or bike along the Dolomites bike path, which leads to the center of Cortina and continues on to Dobbiaco/Brunico/Lienz or toward Cadore. It’s just a short walk from the woods, where numerous trails begin, including the hike to Lake Pianozze or Croda da Lago.
The apartment is very spacious and is fully furnished in wood, in the Ampezzo style. It faces west, so it’s very bright with views of the woods and mountains such as Becco di Mezzodì, Croda da Lago, the Cinque Torri, and the Tofane. It has all the necessary amenities, as it has been my family’s home since the 1970s. You’ll find a separate kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances: oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee makers, pots, and dishes

The living area is very spacious, divided between the dining room—which features a table that seats up to 10 guests—the living room with two sofas, a bench, and a fireplace (we apologize, but for safety reasons, the fireplace cannot be used), a TV, and a beautiful loft featuring a small sitting area and a double bedroom.
Rounding out the space are three additional bedrooms (one double and two singles) and two bathrooms. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and provides towels and linens, with special attention paid to the cleanliness and sanitization of the space.
The property has two reserved parking spaces. To access the apartment, you can park in the parking lot on the north side of the building in spaces No. 7 and 8.
