The primary and guest bedrooms have high quality mattresses and bedding and the living space is modern, yet comfortable with wonderful views of the wide, deep-water canal.

Outside, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere on a huge, covered deck with seating and a table.
The dock is 37 feet long and we also have a fish table and bait freezer.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size mattress plus a bunk bed with a Full size mattress and Twin size mattress.
There is plenty of parking in front for up to 3 vehicles and 1 trailer and also, in front, is a covered porch area with a small laundry room.
CABANA CLUB, the private Pool and Beach club is included free with your stay. It has XL pool, Spa(hot tub) and Ocean-front beach with free use of tables, chairs, lounge chairs and food available for purchase.
This home is located on 9th street, about 4 blocks from Sunset Park, which is an ocean-front park with a fishing dock and is a great place to see the Sunset. Also nearby, is a par 3, 9 hole golf course, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, basketball and a bocce areas.
