Enjoy a comfortable stay in this newly built, self-contained one-bedroom unit in a quiet residential area of Wānaka. The 35m² accommodation features mountain views towards Roy’s Peak, a private entrance and a convenient location just a short drive from Lake Wānaka and the town centre.
The unit includes an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cooktop, full-sized fridge and dishwasher, and a bedroom with a comfortable bed and storage space. The modern bathroom features underfloor heating and heated towel rails. Fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.
Guests have exclusive use of the self-contained unit, with access via a secure lockbox and free street parking directly outside the property.
The property is located on the same grounds as the main home but is separate and self-contained. Some surrounding landscaping is still being established. A car is recommended for exploring Wānaka and the surrounding region.
Guest verification is required before arrival through the SuiteOp guest portal. The portal provides property information, check-in and check-out instructions, house rules and local recommendations.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.
No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.
Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 25 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.
No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.
Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.
Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.
BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
