The “Fährberg-Quartier” vacation home welcomes you in a secluded location behind a historic wall, surrounded by an idyllic natural garden. Here, apple and pear trees bloom, along with fragrant roses and a variety of seasonal flowers. Located just about 150 meters from the water, this special vacation home combines a central location near the city with a relaxing getaway on the Schlei.
With approximately 90 m² of living space, your vacation home spans three floors. Two steps lead down to the first floor. From there, a wooden spiral staircase leads to the middle living level, which features an inviting dining area, a cozy sofa set, and a large flat-screen TV. At the very top, under the roof, a bright, spacious room awaits you with exposed wooden beams, two sloping walls, two single beds pushed together (each 90x200 cm), a reading chair, and a desk—a retreat offering an inspiring view of the sky or the pedestrian zone. Thanks to the south-facing orientation on all three floors, you’ll enjoy sunny rooms throughout.
New as of 2026: The newly installed, modern, and fully equipped open kitchen on the first floor offers you all the comforts for self-catering. A small dining table invites you to enjoy a cozy breakfast.
For your convenience, a free private parking space is available about 100 meters away on Hohlweg. You can reach the blooming natural garden and the south-facing terrace via 4 steps. You can store your bicycles safely right behind the wooden front door or in the front room of the brick garden shed. Please be aware that the crossbeam in the hallway leading to the kitchen and the lower bedroom slightly restricts headroom (caution advised for guests taller than 1.80 m).
