Completely renovated in 2025, this 90 m² village house, rated 3 stars, welcomes you to Sainte Flaive des Loups, between the countryside and the ocean.

Ideally located to discover the Vendée, it is 20 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 50 minutes from Puy du Fou.

L'Échappée welcomes 4 people in an elegant and warm interior with secure bicycle shelter.

The house consists of two levels and has been designed so that everyone can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

On the first floor:
You will discover a pleasant living room with a living room with large TV screen, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen.
You will find everything you need to cook like at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, as well as many small equipments.

Some basic necessities are at your disposal: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, herbal teas, a few Senseo pods, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish towels and cleaning products.

A separate toilet with washbasin.

A cupboard with wardrobe: at your disposal iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and floor cleaning kit.

In the kitchen you will also find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs:
The two bedrooms each offer their own universe.
● The Bois Sacré suite is equipped with a 160 × 200 cm bed.
● The Écume de Mer suite has a 140 × 200 cm bed.
Both have their own private bathroom with toilet, desk, wardrobe, hairdryer and electric towel dryer.PGJyPgPGJyPg
For your comfort:
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation.
• Beds are made before your arrival and towels are provided.
• Three fans are at your disposal (one in each bedroom and one in the living room).
• Both bedrooms are equipped with a large motorized Velux with rain detector and electric shutter. All other rooms have electric shutters.

The entire accommodations are at your disposal, except for a locked cupboard located under the stairs, as well as a door located in the kitchen, which is not accessible.

EXTERIORS:

As well as the bicycle 🚲 room (4 Bikes)
You can also store a stroller, bodyboards and scooters in the shelter.
It is a private and shared place.
It is placed under video surveillance.

👶 Baby kit:
A baby kit is available on request at a rate of €30 per stay.
To be booked at least 48 hours before your arrival and to be paid on site.
It includes a wooden cot with mattress, a mattress protector, a fitted sheet, a sleeping bag, a baby bath, a changing mat, a high chair and everything you need for meals.
Safety gates are installed free of charge when you stay with a baby.

🥂 Aperitif board "La Belle Aventure":
To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you an aperitif board prepared by our partner restaurant La Belle Aventure.
At the price of €40 for 4 people, it includes Vendée charcuterie and cheeses, raw vegetables, a baguette, butter and a 75 cl bottle of local beer offered.
To be ordered at least 48 hours before your arrival and to be paid on site.

🐶 Pets:
Only one pet (dog) is allowed per booking.
Price: €5 / day.

🔒 Security:
For everyone's safety, a surveillance camera is installed outside the house. It only films the accesses to the accommodation and does not cover any indoor or private spaces.

🧯 The house is also equipped with smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

🌳 Exterior and amenities:
Located in the heart of the village, L'Échappée makes it easy to take advantage of shops and services on foot: bakery, mini-market, restaurants, bar, pharmacy, newsagent, hairdresser, beauty salon and florist.

Although the house does not have a garden, you will find a few steps from the accommodation the Parc de la Chênaie, with children's playgrounds, a City stadium and the start of several hiking trails.

🚗 Access and parking:
Arrival at the accommodations are easy. It is not possible to park directly in front of the house but several free parking spaces are available nearby.
