Unique property in a stunning location, private and totally exclusive. High-end eco property situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty overlooking a beautiful lake, surrounded by trees.

An upside down house with a huge kitchen, living dining room, family snug, additional wc, Master bedroom suite with gorgeous copper bath, all on the first floor. All the rooms on this level open onto balconies overlooking either the lake or the garden. On the ground floor there are 3 spacious double bedrooms, all with direct access onto terraces overlooking the lake. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite and the family bathroom serves the other 2 bedrooms.
All bedrooms have blackout curtains, not that you need them as there is no light pollution here - just a perfect sky for stargazing!
The birdsong is to die for and watching the wildlife will take up all of your time - especially the 2 resident swans on the lake!
