Here is some important information to make your stay even better: * Important: Please provide the CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registration number) or RG (Brazilian identity card number) of the people here so we can authorize their entry at the building's reception during the reserved period. * Wi-fi: Network: studio608 Password: andradas943 * Address of the Cacique Building: Rua dos Andradas, 943 - Centro Histórico. Porto Alegre RS.
AP 608 (fourth door on the left when exiting the elevator) - access via the first two elevators.
* Apartment door with electronic lock, password: (at check-in time)
* The apartment has personal hygiene items, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
* The apartment has cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, beer glasses and other kitchen utensils.
Complete bed linen and towels.
IMPORTANT: if anything is broken, damaged, stained or any abnormal situation occurs, please notify the host immediately so that we can resolve the issue. * Daily rates start at 1 PM and end at 11 AM. However, I can be flexible if necessary if there are no guests arriving or departing on check-in and/or check-out days. * Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. * The apartment voltage is 110V, and outlets identified in red indicate 220V. * At check-out, please wash the dishes, remove and dispose of the trash (container at the building entrance), and keep the space minimally organized.
