About this apartment rental
Spacious, modern, comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo ideally located 5 blocks from the Pearl St Mall, this home offers both convenience and style. Updated in 2021, there are hardwood floors in the main living area, a gas fireplace, 55 inch LED TV, Sonos sound system. The dining area seats six in very comfortable chairs.
The full kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook in. There is a VitaMix blender, Cuisinart coffee maker, coffee grinder, Cuisinart food processor, juicer and plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils. Sit in one of the three stools at the quartz countertop to enjoy a cocktail while dinner cooks.
The master bedroom is carpeted and has a king bed with bamboo sheets. The master bath has a shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom easily accessible.
The internet speed is 260 Mbps download and 160 Mbps upload. There is a private in-unit washer and dryer. A Schlage digital lock allows for keyless entry.
Park your car in the underground parking garage in a dedicated tandem parking space (with an EV charger) for two cars. The unit is one flight up from the garage. A garage door opener will be provided. There is a gym on-site with some weights and aerobic machines as well as a small library.
