The Space
This remodeled four-bedroom, two-bathroom Tempe vacation home brings modern desert interiors together with a private backyard made for leisurely afternoons and evenings that linger.

Living Areas
Step inside to a welcoming foyer that opens into the home’s gathering spaces. A formal dining area leads into the open living room, kitchen, and a second dining space, keeping everyone connected while leaving room to find your favorite spot.

Stretch out on the spacious brown leather sectional, put on a movie on the 55-inch smart TV, or let the conversation carry on while dinner comes together. Modern finishes and desert-inspired touches create an easy, comfortable setting for time together.

Kitchen & Dining
Slow breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and dinners without a reservation are all welcome here. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and the everyday essentials for preparing meals at home.

A spacious pass-through window opens directly to the backyard, making it easy to serve refreshments and stay part of the conversation. Choose between two indoor dining areas or bring your meal outside to the dining table for eight beneath the palms.

Bedrooms

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Scott Desert Resort for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome pets. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to eight guests in total.

Pool & Hot Tub Heating
A warm soak in the hot tub is yours to enjoy, with complimentary heating throughout your stay. If you’d like the pool warmed as well, it can be heated to temperatures between 80°F and 92°F for an additional fee. Pricing may vary; please ask your host for pricing details before your stay. We’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging the service.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool and hot tub, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.
