Introducing the Luxurious comfort villa, perfect home for family and friends! A southwest-inspired desert gem, set over an acre with a resort-style pool, gazebo, putting green, and separate casita. Perfect for small events, family gatherings, or corporate retreats, the comfort villa will be your own private oasis with beautiful mountain views and maximum privacy. With over 6000 sqft, this 5-bedroom home can comfortably sleep 14 guests.
Outside, you have a beautifully landscaped, private acre with a resort-style pool, complete with a separate palm island, raised steps spa, and rock waterfall. Very few homes have a pool like this! Chaise lounges surround the pool, plus benches and a cabana. The large lawn continues behind the pool, with citrus trees and plenty of palms lining the home. There is also a gazebo perched above the lawn for a quiet place to watch the sunset or enjoy your morning coffee.
The spacious outdoor patio is the perfect spot for entertaining with ample seating, a putting green, and a fire pit. The built-in BBQ has a mini fridge, barstools with a view of the outdoor TV, and an umbrella. Indoors, you are greeted by a lovely formal living room with a stone fireplace, sofas, and an outdoor water garden that lays behind walls of glass.
Continue into the kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances - double oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher. The media room features theater recliners, a flatscreen TV, and shares a fireplace with the adjacent great room, with another TV, more seating, and a wet bar.
