Peace, nature, and an authentic cabin atmosphere at about 1,450 m above sea level: The Stanzer Hütte is a standalone cabin situated above Einach near Stadl-Predlitz in the upper Murtal valley and can accommodate up to 6 people. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you’ll enjoy a dreamlike, secluded setting here with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here!

The self-catering cabin, measuring approximately 95 m², is ideal for families, couples, friends, and nature lovers who want to spend a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle.

Cozy accommodations for up to 6 people

Inside, you’ll find a rustic cabin atmosphere combined with pleasant comfort. The heart of the cabin is the cozy living room with a tiled stove—perfect for relaxing evenings after a hike or a winter day in the snow.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, wood-burning stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. Hot water is traditionally heated using a wood-burning stove (takes about 40 minutes after lighting the fire)—especially popular with cabin guests who appreciate the rustic atmosphere and enjoy pitching in! Bedding, towels, dish towels, and firewood are provided.

Outside, the large property also offers plenty of space to relax. On the porch, with seating and a wooden table, you can enjoy the silence and the panoramic view. A swing chair, a fire pit with grilling facilities, and a private well with a pavilion and fresh spring water add to the cabin’s unique charm. Children and dogs have plenty of space around the detached cabin to safely explore nature.

For active vacation days, there are also 2 sleds, 4 pairs of snowshoes with poles, and 2 children’s bicycles available. An e-bike charging station is also available.

Hiking, skiing, and nature vacations in the Murtal Valley

Its peaceful mountain location makes the Stanzer Hütte an ideal starting point for hikes, snowshoe tours, and tobogganing excursions. Well-known ski resorts are also within easy reach:

Good to know

The Stanzer Hütte is located in a quiet, secluded spot at about 1,450 m above sea level. Access from Einach is via an approximately 6.5 km-long gravel and forest road (not suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance). The owner will personally accompany you to the cabin upon your arrival.

In winter, the road is plowed, but snow chains are required. A four-wheel-drive vehicle or snow chains are strongly recommended.
