About this house rental
Welcome to Cruet, a charming wine-growing village located at the foot of the Bauges Regional Nature Park!
Offering a breathtaking view of the Belledonne chain, our large, fully equipped house is ideal for families. You will find a library, piano, indoor and outdoor games as well as a secure above-ground swimming pool (open from June to the end of September).PGJyPg

👉 The house, 130m2 on two floors
Our house is organized on two levels .
On the first floor: a very large bright living room of 70m2 including living room and fully equipped open kitchen, a pantry/laundry room, toilets and a very large covered terrace .
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom/shower, separate toilets and an office space.
Our house is a construction whose insulation has been carefully done. You will find freshness in summer and warmth in winter.
- KITCHEN COAST
Fully equipped kitchen: utensils and crockery for 6 people, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, toaster, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, raclette and fondue machine, panini and waffle machine, multifunction food processor (Thermomix TM31), plancha and slicer.
Basic necessities: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar.
Baby high chair available on request.

The living room has several spaces open to each other:
- a large lounge area with an upright piano, a television and access to channels and subscriptions (Netflix, Disney+, Prime...) as well as a secure pellet stove that heats the entire house. Guaranteed warmth for cold winter days.
- a children's play area (Lego, board games, puzzles, Playmobil) and a large library.
- a workspace with a small desk
A separate pantry is accessible with washing machine and dryer.

An above-ground swimming pool 1m20 deep is at your disposal (from June to September) in a fully secure area closed by a gate.

- Chambéry, Albertville and the City of Conflans 25 minutes away
- Grenoble, the lakes of Bourget and Aiguebelette 35 minutes away
- Annecy and its famous lake less than an hour away
- most of the ski resorts of Maurienne and Tarentaise are a good hour's drive away (nearest resorts 50 minutes away: 7 Laux or Collet d'Allevard for downhill skiing, La Féclaz for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing)
