Enjoy Lisbon from this spacious and welcoming apartment, located in one of the city's most iconic areas. With room for up to 9 guests, it is a great choice for families or groups of friends looking for a central and convenient base from which to explore Lisbon.
The apartment offers a great combination of space and comfort, making it ideal for larger groups.
It features three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
The apartment can accommodate up to 9 guests, with one double bedroom, two bedrooms with single beds, a double sofa bed and a single pouf bed in the living room.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and the apartment also includes Wi-Fi, TV and a washing machine.
Important: the apartment is located in a traditional building without an elevator, so guests will need to climb stairs to reach the apartment. Please take this into consideration, especially if you have reduced mobility.
Check-in is carried out in person, by prior appointment, from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Before arrival, guests are required to complete the check-in form with the identification details of all guests over 13 years old, as required by applicable legislation. We recommend reading the instructions sent before arrival.
To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow the following rules:
-Parties and events are not allowed.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, noise must be kept to a minimum.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
-Guests must respect the building's common areas and other residents.
-The apartment must be left in good condition at check-out.
-Pets are allowed, provided that we are informed in advance.
