The Accommodation
We are offering our villa in Saint-Paul-de-Vence for rent.
It is a new house built in the Provençal style on the outside.
It is located a 10-minute walk from the beautiful village of Saint Paul and offers an unobstructed view of the valley.
The 800 m² garden was built on the site of a former citrus grove and features both shaded and sunny areas.
It features two large terraces where you can barbecue and sunbathe by the pool.
In addition to the pool and the canoes at your disposal, you can also use a bocce court.
The villa is ideally located at the entrance to the village:
10 minutes by car from the beach.
A 10-minute walk from the village
A 5-minute drive from the Wolf Gorge.
A 20-minute drive from Cap d’Antibes.
20 minutes by car from Nice
30 minutes by car from Cannes.
Since this is our own residence, the villa is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi, TV, stereo, etc.).
Recreational amenities:
Swimming pool (it’s in full sun; the photos were taken very early in the morning).
