Each space has been designed to convey emotion, welcome and intimacy, leaving a mark on the heart of those who live in it. Upon entering, you are surrounded by a warm and refined environment, enhanced by exposed wooden beams, typical of the historic houses of Chioggia, which give character and charm to the entire apartment.
The open space living area, bright and harmonious, houses a fully equipped kitchenette, with attention to the smallest detail with induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and complete dishes, ideal for preparing and enjoying dishes in total comfort, like at home. The designer sofa bed, located in the living area, invites moments of relaxation, perfect for enjoying a movie or an evening in total tranquility.
The luxury bathroom, designed with great aesthetic and functional attention, offers elegant and fascinating furniture, a large shower, bidet and sink, creating an intimate and rejuvenating space.
The sleeping area, the heart of rest and well-being, houses a comfortable double bed and bunk beds, ideal for both adults and children, making the apartment perfect for couples, families or small groups.
Quality bed linen and towels are available to guests, as well as a courtesy line for bathroom and kitchen, for a stay characterized by comfort and care. Outside, a small space shared with the sister apartment Luxury San Nicolo' allows you to sit outside, read a book or sip a typical Venetian aperitif, experiencing moments of authentic slowness.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
