La casa è molto bella e curata, il proprietario e’molto gentile .I servizi sono numerosi in zona e il centro si può raggiungere con un taxi in pochissimi minuti.
L’assenza dell’ascensore con le valigie si sente.

Good neighborhood - central but not such touristic.
Apartment is equipped over expectations, renovated, well-kept, clean.
Kitchen and shower are large and modern. It's shower-cabin in the bathroom - which is quite 'extra' for Albania and add good feeling of care. We staid short and didn't cook, but kitchen looks well-equipped and suitable for long stay. Supermarket and meat shop - just next door. Big street with p. transport and all necessary (bank, pharmacy, p transport, restaurants, etc) is about 100m walk. Apartment is shared : livingroom, kitchen and balcony, but bedrooms & WC are private. We have been lucky to have quiet and nice neighbor and didn't disturb each other.
Owners posted clear explain about shared and personal spaces immediately after booking. It's always good to get clear information for advance, but also just nice feeling that someone cares, reacts and not indifferent to the guests.
The biggest and the only serious disadvantage - high floor to climb, especially critical with luggage or/and for people with health probs. No elevator.
Some notes - no drama, but may improve :
For us, personally, 3 single beds in the bedroom felt kind of strange design, but if 3 friends or brothers travel - it may fit their needs. I'd like to have wardrobes fully for my own use (in rented apartment) and if there is a storage of owner's stuff - even if it's just stock of bedlinens - to keep separately. At our stay the rope for drying towels / laundry was busy and laundry machine too. We didn't feel like touching someone's stuff with no permission, so didn't use these facilities. It was short stay - not critical, but, being in 4 months trip - in many other places washing machine was very critical for us. So, I dare to talk about it here.
P. transport in Albania is an issue and investigation of it takes time and effort. It would be nice to find city-plan and p.transport plan indoors, especially in Tirana. Airport connection, trusted taxi, etc.
