Staff are good. All facilities are not provided at the hotel as per requirements of the guests. The manager of hotel take more commision from the driver of the vehicle for booking sightseeing
from their end. They charged Rs.2500/- per day for eight hours but in other hotel it has been charged only Rs.2000/- .even they have also charged service tax from the guest which should not be charged at all as per govt. Rules. They have taken Rs.33/- for one bottle of drinking water but the mrp is Rs.30/- only. The cost of lunch and dinner is very high compare to other hotels which is more comfortable than gold coin. The free breakfast is not also as expected. They repeated the same breakfast in every alternat day. They have not also provided bathroom accessories though shown in the website.
The hotel authority i.e.manager taken so much commision for providing taxi for local site seeing @Rs.2500/- but its cost in other good hotel is Rs 1800/- to maximum Rs.2000/-even they also charged Rs.4500/- for booking taxi to out of city which is more high compares to other best hotel for swift Dzire like taxi.cleanliness inside of the hotel is good but other services are very poor because the per night charges is very high against the similar hotel.the behaviours of two brothers mr.singh and other has been found satisfactory and polite but one who sit at the managers's chair is not good even he does not know about the service charges should not be taken along with the hotel bills.

Had a great stay. The rooms were decent, but service was very good. The staff were very polite and always ready to help and even assisted with booking taxis to KHATU SYAM JI and transportation.Highly Recommended!!

Extremely helpful staff and good standard of accommodation and food in the restaurant. Naveen was particularly helpful in helping arrange transport and tours around the Jaipur city which was essential in getting the most from my visit.
